Valid Refund Reasons
Customers may request a refund within 60 days of payment for:
- Non-delivery or non-performance of goods/services
- Damaged or defective items
- Misdescription or counterfeit goods
- Erroneous or duplicate billing

Refund Request & Response
- Submit refund requests to [email protected].
- TEKAD will respond within 7 Business Days of receipt.

Evidence & Dispute
- Customers must provide proof (e.g., photos, delivery note).
- If evidence is insufficient, TEKAD will refund proceeds within 3 Business Days of claim acceptance.

Authority to Refund
To process a refund via Billplz, TEKAD will submit an Authority to Refund form to Billplz, including:
- Card number, transaction date, approved amount
- Approval code, MID, company stamp, signature
- Reason for refund

Fees
- If the refund is due to our error or defects, TEKAD bears all processing fees.
- If you request a voluntary refund (e.g., change of mind), you will bear any transaction fees charged by Billplz.

No-Show & Fraud
TEKAD reserves the right to refuse refunds if we reasonably suspect fraud, cancellation abuse or violation of these policies.
