All prices are in MYR, exclude applicable taxes until shown at checkout, and are subject to change prior to order acceptance.
Payment is processed exclusively via Billplz; by choosing Billplz you agree to its User Agreement and dispute-resolution process Billplz - Fair Payment Platform.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; TEKAD may accept or reject any order at our discretion prior to shipment.
Once payment clears and we send you an email confirmation, the contract is formed and your order will be processed.
Ready-stock items ship within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
Pre-order items may require up to 6 weeks for procurement.
We engage Ninja Van for nationwide delivery (up to 7 calendar days outside KL/Selangor) and may use our own courier within KL/Selangor Ninja Van.
Ninja Van’s handling of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy Ninja Van.
You may request a one-for-one exchange or equal-value replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
TEKAD will bear all shipping costs for approved exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if your chosen item is unavailable, a credit note valid for six months will be issued.
All content on the Website—text, graphics, logos, images, software—is owned or licensed by TEKAD and protected under Malaysian copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and print pages for personal use only; any other use requires our prior written consent.
By submitting reviews, ratings or blog comments (“Contributions”), you grant TEKAD a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish those Contributions.

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Act 2005, with the seat in Kuala Lumpur.
